The following videos allow our customers to see our farm raised alligator nuggets in the breading process.

To begin the breading process our farm raised alligator nuggets enter the breading machine, once they reach the end of the breading machine the nuggets are guided into the IQF Nitrogen Freezer. When the breaded nuggets exit the IQF machine they are put into our bags, weighed, and sealed. Once the bags are sealed, they will reach the end of the breading process by being packaged into boxes.
